Research Interests:

I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and have been working in Stroke Services in Cardiff and Vale University Health Board for the past 16 years. Prior to this I worked at the National Spinal Injury Unit in Cardiff and Community Mental Health Services for Older People. I am currently the joint head of psychology for the Directorates of Mental Health Service for Older People & Neuropsychiatry and Clinical Gerontology in Cardiff and Vale UHB.

I have been part of the Welsh National Service Framework Implementation Group for Stroke and a member of the Welsh Stroke Alliance and the Rehabilitation subgroup as well as the Cross Party Group on Stroke

I am a member of the Faculty of Clinical Health Psychology, the Neuropsychological Special Interest Group and the Faculty of the Psychology of Older People (FPOP) and have Full Practitioner Membership of the Division of Neuropsychology.
