I-HARP project

The Interdisciplinary Home-bAsed Reablement Program (I-HARP) is a trial of a unique model of care that aims to help older people with dementia remain healthy and independent in their own homes, taking place in Australia, led by the University of Sydney, funded by the Australian National Health & Medical Research Council, 2017-2020. Bob Woods is a co-investigator.
